What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)

✅ Strong interest in IT recruitment and the US staffing process

✅ Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)

✅ For experienced candidates: proven track record in end-to-end US IT recruitment, working with job boards, vendors, and direct clients
