Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
  • Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
  • Negotiate rates, salaries, and offer terms
  • Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Ensure compliance with US employment and immigration standards
  • Meet weekly/monthly submission and closure targets
