Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and offer terms
- Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure compliance with US employment and immigration standards
- Meet weekly/monthly submission and closure targets
