Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and administer technical assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
