Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and administer technical assessments to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers.
  • Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
