The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full-lifecycle recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing technical and IT-specific hiring needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, sourcing talent through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely and effective hiring solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, driving successful placements for various roles.


Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment , with strong exposure to System Integrator (SI) and Agency hiring models
