We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with 6 to 12 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US IT requirements across W2 and C2 C models.
Key Responsibilities Work on US IT requirements from direct clients and implementation partners Understand job requirements and skills across IT technologies
Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In) and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate with candidates for availability, rate negotiation, and submission
Submit profiles to clients/vendors and follow up on interview status
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or internal...
