- Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
