Role Overview
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing as well as domestic hiring , excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong technical understanding to ensure successful placements.
