Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various skill sets, while working closely with hiring managers and clients to meet critical hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
- Work on a wide range of IT requirements including Developers, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, ERP, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers
