Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent across the United States. The ideal candidate understands the full recruitment lifecycle and has strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and the US hiring market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer letters
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company hiring policies
