Understand client requirements and match suitable candidate profiles
Conduct initial candidate interviews (technical & communication screening)
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
