Designation: US IT Recruiter Consultant

Timing: 7:00 pm- 4:00 am

Salary: Fixed salary + Incentives

Benefits: One Side cab (Drop) + One time meal

Number of working days: 5 (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-

· Good communication Skills are a must.

· responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients

· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions

· Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal

· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement

· Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets

· Validation of Resumes for experience ...
