Job Summary The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of mid-to-senior level IT positions across diverse client environments. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing IT recruitment practice by developing strong talent pipelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and supporting multiple hiring models. The recruiter will work closely with Direct Clients, Indirect Clients, and Implementation Partners across the US.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior IT roles across key client accounts. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in high-demand technical skill areas. Partner with account executives to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Stay current with technology trends to anticipate and support evolving client needs. Contribute to defining best practices, processes, and operational standards for the IT recruiting function. Mentor junior recruiters and support a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Direct Clients, Indirect Clients, and Implementation Partners in the US. Recruit for multiple hiring types, including Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, and C2C/W2/1099 engagements. Source and place candidates across diverse technology domains such as Big Data, Salesforce, Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, and others. Maintain strong performance metrics and improve conversion ratios across submittals, interviews, and placements. Participate in regular team meetings to align on sourcing strategies, evaluate candidate progress, and strengthen proactive talent pools. Required Qualifications 2–6 years of IT recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for complex technical roles. Strong sourcing expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche technical forums. Solid understanding of enterprise IT structures and environments. Strong knowledge of US employment types and visa classes, including W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT. Results-driven approach with the ability to work efficiently under timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience helping scale an IT recruitment vertical or developing recruitment playbooks. Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
