Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Panaji/ Pune

Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

What You’ll Do:

Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior IT roles across key client accounts.
Build and nurture pipelines in high-demand tech niches.
Collaborate with account executives to deliver tailored talent solutions.
Stay ahead of tech trends to anticipate client needs.
Help define the operational playbook for a high-performing IT recruiting team.
Mentor junior recruiters and foster a winning culture.
Handle complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients, Indirect Clients, and Implementation Partners in the US.
Work across Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, and 1099/C2C/W2 terms.
Drive strong conversion ratios from submittals to interviews and placements.
Engage in regular team meetings to align on sourcing strategies, evaluate interviews, and proactively build candidate funnels.


What You Bring:

2–6 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency.
Proven success in sourcing and placing complex technical roles.
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche forums.
Solid understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems.
Deep knowledge of US employment types and visa terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, CPT.
A results-driven mindset with the urgency to deliver.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
