📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune — Onsite only (No Remote)

⏰ Shift Timing: Night Shift | 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST

🧑 💻 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in US Recruitment

💰 Salary: As per discussion / market standards

📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

✔ Source, screen & shortlist candidates using job portals & LinkedIn

✔ Work on W2 / C2C / 1099 hiring models

✔ Coordinate interviews & build candidate relationships

✔ Maintain pipelines & recruitment reports

✔ Work closely with hiring managers & account teams
