US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a 'Senior Technical Recruiter' with extensive experience in US Staffing. Candidate must have a proven track record of hiring top-tier IT talent. The ideal candidate is a master communicator, highly influential within professional networks and an expert in passive candidate sourcing.

Please note: This is 100% Hands-on recruiting role, we are not considering AM, RM, BDM or other Senior level candidates for this position.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with more than 6-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior-level candidates.
• Expert in hiring W2 candidates (both Contract and Full-time). Must be well versed with W2 hiring concepts.
