Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing, preferably with prior experience working on W2 requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, excellent client handling skills, and a deep understanding of IT technologies and US hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.

Work extensively on W2 requirements, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, compliance, and quality standards.

Partner with Account Managers to understand technical requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations.
