Position Details:
Experienced
2 Positions: 2+ years: 5 LPA (Maximum)
Interns
5 Positions: 0–1 years - 20K Stipend or 3.2 LPA Max
Intern Compensation Breakdown:
- 20K Stipend: For candidates with below 1 year of experience and not currently working.
- 3.2 LPA Max: For candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience and currently working.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for IT requirements from US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
- Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and Career Builder.
