Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end US IT recruitment (Sourcing to Offer stage)
Full-cycle recruitment involving sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
Working on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
Sourcing candidates through job boards such as Monster, Dice, Corp-to-Corp, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting
Posting jobs on job portals and coordinating with qualified candidates
Managing the recruitment process from resume submission to final negotiation
