Shift:  US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven   US IT Sales Executive  with proven experience in   US cold calling  and selling   IT Services / IT Staffing solutions . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the US shift, possess strong communication skills, and have hands-on exposure to lead generation and client acquisition in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform   US cold calling  to prospective clients for IT Services and IT Staffing solutions (mandatory).
  

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  

• Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT services or staffing solutions.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients and key decision-makers.
  

• Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients for senior management.
  

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the US IT industry.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in   US IT Sales / Business Development .
  

• Mandatory experience in US cold calling  and willingness to do outbound calling.
  

• Strong exposure to selling   IT Services or IT Staffing  solutions.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  

• Comfortable working in   US shift / night shift .
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with MSPs, Direct Clients, or System Integrators in the US market.
  

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  

• Understanding of US hiring models such as Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time.
