We are seeking a senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with 10+ years of experience in full-cycle US IT technical recruiting, including direct experience supporting US state government clients and working with implementation partners.
About the Role
Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles for US clients supporting but not limited to state and public-sector clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with system integrators and implementation partners to fulfill project-based and long-term staffing needs
Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand technical and compliance requirements
Execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks
Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and documentation
