Job Description
We are hiring a US Lead Generation Executive to support our client Goalseek, a fast-growing outsourced accounting firm working with US-based CPAs and corporate finance teams.
Your primary responsibility is simple but not easy:
Start intelligent conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings.
No scripts read like robots. No spray-and-pray dialling. This role is about *clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US-based CPAs, accounting firms, and finance decision-makers
- Work entirely on US business hours
- Introduce Goalseek’s outsourced accounting services clearly and professionally
- Qualify leads based on predefined ICP and talking points
- Book meetings or hand over warm leads to the sales team
- Maintain clean call notes and lead status in CRM
- Handle objections calmly and intelligently (no panic, no pushing)
- Continuously improve pitch based on feedback and outcomes
