Job SummaryThe US Non-IT Recruiter will support recruitment activities for various non-technical roles across domains such as Healthcare, BPO, Administrative, Engineering, and Clerical functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates from BPO/Customer Support backgrounds who want to build a career in US staffing. The recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse US Non-IT positions.
  • Review job requirements and match candidates based on skills and experience.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings via phone or video calls.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS records.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and convince candidates.
  • Willingness to work in US night shifts.
  • Preferred background: BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, or Sales Process.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be a graduate.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with US staffing processes (added advantage).
  • Exposure to ATS tools or candidate management systems.
