We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in closing Non-IT roles across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US Non-IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates to clients
- Coordinate with BDMs and account managers on active requirements
- Manage candidate documentation and submission process
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle
