Location: Greater Noida (Onsite)
Shift: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
We are looking for a driven and experienced Non-IT / LI Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring W2-only candidates and a strong background working with aerospace, engineering, or industrial clients.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit candidates for Non-IT & Light Industrial (LI) roles
- Work exclusively on W2 hiring (no C2C / 1099)
- Prioritize roles for aerospace and engineering clients
- Manage multiple job requisitions with competing priorities
- Conduct telephonic/video interviews and assess technical & functional fit
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and internal trackers
