The Talent Experience Specialist - Onboarding is responsible for guiding pre-identified qualified candidates through the Payroll Solutions onboarding process. This person will be responsible for effectively managing the talent onboarding experience, guiding them through a successful orientation including welcome correspondence, legal forms, TAPA, compliance and I9 documents.

Additional responsibilities will include:

● Onboarding communications – written, calls and text (utilizing standardized templates where applicable)
