Job Description

We’re looking for a US Onboarding Specialist to help create a smooth, compliant, and welcoming experience for every new hire. If you love process, people, and making first days feel great—you’ll feel right at home here.


What You’ll Do


  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based hires
  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and new hire paperwork
  • Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, IT, and Hiring Managers
  • Ensure onboarding processes are US labor-law compliant
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
  • Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience of 1+ year in HR, People Ops, or Onboarding (US-focused)
  • Strong knowledge of US employment compliance (I-9, E-Verify, W-4, etc.)
