Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a U.S. Payroll Compliance Manager, specializing in U.S. labor compliance and prevailing wage regulations. The U.S. Payroll Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for projects governed by prevailing wage laws. This role focuses on Certified payroll reporting, prevailing wage compliance, and ensuring adherence to U.S. Federal, State, and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Certified Payroll & Compliance

  • Review weekly certified payroll for employees on prevailing wage projects, verifying accuracy in wage determinations, fringe benefit allocations, and overtime calculations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. federal (IRA), state, and local prevailing wage laws
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of fringe benefits to meet prevailing wage requirements
