US Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Processing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in ADP RUN, Paychex , and advanced payroll reporting using Excel and Google Sheets . The ideal candidate should have end-to-end US payroll experience and the ability to manage payroll operations efficiently at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly / semi-monthly payroll for 200+ US employees
• Hands-on payroll processing using ADP RUN and Paychex
• Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Handle federal, state, and local tax compliance
• Manage payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle runs
