US Payroll Processing Specialist

with strong hands-on expertise in

ADP RUN, Paychex , and

advanced payroll reporting using Excel and Google Sheets . The ideal candidate should have end-to-end US payroll experience and the ability to manage payroll operations efficiently at scale.

200+ US employees
Hands-on payroll processing using

ADP RUN and Paychex
Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis using

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Handle

federal, state, and local tax compliance
Manage payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle runs
Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data, benefits, and payroll changes
