We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 5–7 years of US Payroll & Taxation experience in the US Staffing industry.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻

• End‑to‑end US Payroll processing

• State & Federal taxation with complete finance compliance

• Managing vendor, client & consultant payroll queries

• Bank reconciliation and financial accuracy

• Invoicing and coordination with internal teams

• Working on automation to streamline payroll & finance workflows

• Have created financial dashboards for reporting and insight purposes

• Strong hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)

• Strong command of W2, 1099, C2C, deductions
