We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 5–7 years of US Payroll & Taxation experience in the US Staffing industry.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻

- End‑to‑end US Payroll processing

- State & Federal taxation with complete finance compliance

- Managing vendor, client & consultant payroll queries

- Bank reconciliation and financial accuracy

- Invoicing and coordination with internal teams

- Working on automation to streamline payroll & finance workflows

- Have created financial dashboards for reporting and insight purposes

- Strong hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
