Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze and audit leave-of-absence data in Workday, Dimensions, and vendor systems to ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state laws, company policies, and union CBAs.
- Manage leave-related pay processes—including adjustments, workers’ comp buybacks, and salary continuation—and partner with Payroll to resolve errors and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR, ServiceNow, and external vendors to resolve complex leave and pay issues and provide guidance to managers.
- Support paid-leave and PTO programs, including pay cascades, automation updates, and annual cash-out activities.
- Maintain accurate OSHA and safety reporting, submit claims to the TPA, and support compliance audits and required federal filings.
Must Haves
