We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in phone outreach to present job opportunities to a defined prospect list of candidates.
• Customize the presentation of opportunities following our formulated approach, ensuring a natural and persuasive delivery.
• Master the lead generation process, benchmarking progress through data analysis.
• Progress to the second phase, shadowing a senior recruiter, and participating in candidate interviews.
