We are looking for a dynamic US Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US staffing to support end-to-end recruitment activities during complete night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle US recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen, interview, and assess candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Ensure timely closures and adherence to SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in US recruitment
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, time zones, and work authorizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
