Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic US Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US staffing to support end-to-end recruitment activities during complete night shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle US recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates as per client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
  • Ensure timely closures and adherence to SLAs
