Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience in to sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.
  • 2+ years experience proven US IT Recruitments
  • Experience in W2 is mandatory.
  • Experience with VMS & ATS.
  • Experience working with Direct client is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
  • Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
