Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling

• Build, maintain, and rigorously map talent pools within your specialist vertical.
• Source both active and passive candidates using varied techniques (headhunting, networks, job boards, referrals, social channels).
• Ensure all candidate data and interactions are accurately logged in CRM.
