POSITION: US Registered Nurse (USRN)
Meticulously reviewing patient medical records, extracting key clinical data like diagnoses, medications, procedures, and laboratory results, to ensure accurate and complete information for research, quality improvement initiatives, or healthcare analytics, requiring strong knowledge of medical terminology and attention to detail while adhering to data privacy regulations.
