Lead
• 8+ years in US Residential Mortgage
• Manage 20–30 FTEs
• CRU certification (MBA) mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, LOS & AUS
✅ All income & loan product experience
✅ 15 years full-time education (no correspondence)
✅ Bank salary credit & documents mandatory
