Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across diverse domains, including both IT and Non-IT sectors. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering top talent, leading high-performing recruitment teams, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals across IT and Non-IT verticals in the US.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates for a wide range of roles including engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and more.
