US Sales & Recruiting Manager (Delhi NCR | US Shift | Hybrid)


EdHike is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced US Sales & Recruiting Manager who can confidently manage technical recruitment and business development for our growing team.


Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite, US Shift)

Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM EST (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Experience: 4–5 years

Type: Full-time


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client relationships and drive new business, including identifying new clients and generating staffing leads
  • Source, screen, and place top IT and Non-IT talent
  • Handle W2, C2C, and CTH hiring models
  • Achieve placement-driven revenue targets


Probation & Payment Structure

  • Probation: Your first successful placement serves as the probation period under an activity-based payment structure (contractual model) . Attractive payments will be made for each activity—for example, candidate submission, interview scheduling, and deal closure.
  • Transition: After one successful closure, you’ll move to a regular salaried model .
  • During probation, you’ll receive full access to tools (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS, etc.) and marketing support to help you succeed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–5 years in US IT Recruitment and Business Development
  • Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and CTH models (Direct Client/MSP experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards
