US Tax Associate

Netlink Voice is seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Tax Associate to support compliance, reporting, and research related to sales tax and telecommunications tax obligations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate tax treatment under GAAP, maintaining compliance with state and local Departments of Revenue, and supporting the company’s billing and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Assist with the preparation, review, and filing of sales tax and telecommunications tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure proper tax treatment in accordance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to tax accounts

Data Entry & Accuracy
