Title: US Tax Manager

Location: Gurugram, Hybrid

Early joiners prefer (within 30 days)


We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager to lead a team and drive accurate, compliant tax reporting for annuity products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & mentor a team of 15–20 associates
  • Oversee tax reporting for annuity transactions (premiums, payouts, interest, etc.)
  • Ensure IRS compliance (e.g., 1099-R filings)
  • Manage tax treatment of death benefits & beneficiary payouts
  • Drive process improvements and support audits


What You’ll Need:

  • 7–10 years in tax reporting/financial ops (insurance/annuity preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations
  • Proven leadership in a regulated environment
  • CPA preferred, Excel & tax systems proficiency required
