US Tax Preparer (English / Spanish)

We are hiring a Tax Preparer who knows U.S. tax, accounting, and bookkeeping. This role supports our tax services and works directly with clients, tax preparers, and leadership. You will manage tax-related tasks from start to finish.
This is a one-person role, so we're looking for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
What You'll Do
Work directly with U.S.-based clients on tax and accounting matters
Collect client documents and financial information
Coordinate with external U.S. tax preparers
Track tax deadlines and ensure filings are completed on time
Handle business tax returns, owner tax coordination, and compliance
Manage Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) filings and payments
Assist with tax audits and tax planning coordination
Prepare invoices and track client paåyments
