We’re looking for a driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. If you have hands-on experience recruiting for US IT roles and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

- Work closely with hiring managers on technical requirements

- Source, screen, and close candidates across contract & W2 roles

- Manage multiple requisitions in a metrics-driven environment

- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–4 years of US IT recruitment experience

- Exposure to SI and Agency hiring models

- Strong technical recruiting and communication skills
