This includes driving and prioritizing the technical strategy and roadmap by balancing business requirements, engineering excellence, stakeholder needs, and customer experience. This role also involves cultivating strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and feature requests from platform tenants, and actively marketing the platform to drive adoption and ensure satisfaction.
