Do you have excellent customer service and a good understanding of assessing pre-owned vehicles? Servco is looking for a Used Car Purchasing Specialist to assist with purchasing pre-owned vehicles directly from customers at the Servco Buying Center.

  • Receive in-bound calls and make out-bound calls to schedule appointments for sellers to meet with the Used Car Buying Center Manager or Used Car Purchasing Specialist
  • Source used car sales leads via Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
  • Appraise vehicles on site and remotely using Inventory Plus software
  • Obtain Buying Center Manager’s approval to purchase pre-owned vehicles
  • Communicate purchase price to customer and inform Buying Center Manager if customer accepts or wants to negotiate further
  • Assist Buying Center Manager with obtaining purchase documents and have customer properly complete purchase documents
