Job Title: Senior UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer to join our team in

Bangalore. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the

future of our products by crafting exceptional user experiences for our enterprise customers,

with a particular focus on streamlining and enhancing developer workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of one or more parts of the user experience: mapping user journeys and designing interactions and interfaces.
• Deliver UX wireframes, user and process flows, mock-ups and functional specifications.
• Researching UX – Participate in user experience research and usability studies.
• Proficient in interactive wire-framing tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Axure.
• Designing for complex products and features, This includes conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and their workflows within

product environments, especially the needs and workflows of developers.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best possible user experience.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality
• across our products.
• Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software

and a proven track record of designing intuitive and efficient developer workflows.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design complex user interfaces,

specifically within the context of enterprise applications.

• Proven experience in conducting user research
• Expertise in information visualization and data-driven design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of design systems and their application.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• A passion for creating user-centered designs that solve real-world problems.
• Good to Have:
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience designing for accessibility.
