Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 4-9 years
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer to join our team in
Bangalore. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the
future of our products by crafting exceptional user experiences for our enterprise customers,
with a particular focus on streamlining and enhancing developer workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of one or more parts of the user experience: mapping user journeys and designing interactions and interfaces.
- Deliver UX wireframes, user and process flows, mock-ups and functional specifications.
- Researching UX – Participate in user experience research and usability studies.
- Proficient in interactive wire-framing tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Axure.
- Designing for complex products and features, This includes conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and their workflows within
product environments, especially the needs and workflows of developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best possible user experience.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality
- across our products.
- Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software
and a proven track record of designing intuitive and efficient developer workflows.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design complex user interfaces,
specifically within the context of enterprise applications.
- Proven experience in conducting user research
- Expertise in information visualization and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of design systems and their application.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- A passion for creating user-centered designs that solve real-world problems.
- Good to Have:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience designing for accessibility.
