Location : Calgary, AB. Full Time on site

Project Description:

• Evaluate current state UX design and propose design improvements
• Design user-centric patterns for allocated project, following industry UX best practices
• Work with Product Owners to define user stories.
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories.
• Develop a UX Guide outlining standards for developers to follow for consistent use across delivery teams.
• Incorporate design into visual brand identity for branded project.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Work with developers to ensure product quality is met.
• Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Guides development teams to higher UX maturity
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
